2pm Join Comeragh Mountaineering Club for an introduction to scrambling and rock climbing aimed at young adults. Participants can try their hand at some easy climbing while on a fixed rope, wearing a harness and helmet. 2-4pm Family Fun Day including one of Ireland's biggest Teddy Bear Picnics.  A fantastic, action-packed family fun day and picnic in the park in Kilmacthomas which includes an Alice in Wonderland-themed picnic and Birds of Prey and so much more.  2 –4 pm Bring your Picnic!  FREE EVENT
   
 5pm Walk, BBQ & Ceili. A guided walk around the famous Lough Moghra Loop with local guide, Michael O’Donoghue, followed by a BBQ and then dance the evening away to the Michael Sexton Ceili Band in Rathgormack Hiking Centre.  Meeting point at Rathgormack Hiking Centre and shuttle bus will take you to start of the walk and back to the Hiking Centre. 
   
7pm Sounds with O'Shea not to be missed summer sounds and lots more party with DJ John O’Shea WLRFM in the grounds of the historic Clodiagh House in Portlaw.  FREE ENTRY
